The Shearwater surfboard draws inspiration from the effortless gliding motion of its namesake bird, designed to offer speed and agility on the waves. With an elongated fish outline, it strikes a balance between the ease of paddling associated with mid length boards and the acceleration typical of fish-tail designs. Featuring a relaxed rocker and extended parallel rails, it maximizes trimming speed while maintaining lower overall volume for maneuverability. The board’s single concave under the front half enhances lift, transitioning into a spiral V at the tail for improved turn-ability. Standard setup includes a twin fin configuration, making it suitable for a diverse range of riders and wave conditions.
