Practical details make long tours more comfortable: zipped thigh vents dump excess heat, articulated knees and gusset panels allow full mobility, and reinforced kicker patches protect against ski edges and rocks. The deep lined waistband can be adjusted with hook-and-loop closures or used with belts or braces.
